The only one I would trust is the Toyota CVT which uses a real first gear for launching. I would avoid CVTs for long term reliability.
But if you change the fluid in a modern automatic and treat it right, it should last at least 150k miles easily, probably more.

It's important with automatics to change the fluid in them every ~60k miles. They don't perform as well as other brands more modern 8 speed+ transmissions, but they are reliable. Currently, the Mazda lineup of cars has used the same 6 speed automatic transmission for a decade, so they are very reliable. The best bet for an automatics, in my opinion, are Japanese cars that have used the same automatic transmission for a long time, so all of the kinks and issues have been worked out.
